HOME ENERGY ASSESSMENTS
GET A HOME ENERGY ASSESSMENT It’s easy as 1, 2, 3
Step 1: Call 1-866-NJSMART
They will schedule an inspection of your home that includes combustion tests on your furnace and hot water heater, and a report comparing your home to state averages and recommending energy efficiency improvements.
Step 2: Call an approved ENERGY STAR Contractor & they’ll send out a team to seal up all those little leaks in your attic and basement. There’s no charge for this!
Step 3: Pick some of the recommended efficiency improvements and do those, too. You’ll be sure to save money on your utility bills this winter, and you may qualify for some generous state rebates!
