“Textiles” in this collection include: clothing, curtains, linens, towels, handbags, belts, shoes, hats, gloves, pillows, and stuffed animals. Materials can be old and worn, but should be clean and dry (old stains not a problem). Materials are sold to SpinGreen. 95% of the materials will be reused or recycled. Proceeds benefit the PTOs of all schools in the district.
All six Hopewell Valley Schools have collection bins on outside locations open to the public.

Clean #5 Plastics will be taken to the collection bin for Preserve at Whole Foods. Foam egg cartons will be delivered to a carton factory in Somerville. Wine bottle corks will be shipped to a cork tile manufacturer in Missouri.
